    Default Reinstallation Issues

    During the most recent automatic upgrade of Zimbra, the installation crashed and I had to reinstall.

    I reinstalled in the same location, but Zimbra did not import all the previously existing accounts/folders/etc. How do I import my information?

    A similar problem was addressed in this post, but the issue of how to utilize the 5 saved folders to retrieve saved e-mail was never answered. My e-mail is not saved server-side, so I have the folders backed up, but not sure how to import it into the new version. Simply copying the folders into the new version is not recognizing the mail accounts.

    Basically, it's just treating it like a fresh install. All my accounts, mail folders etc. aren't loading.

    OK, please follow the steps outlined here http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?tit...Zimbra_Desktop to manually uninstall but keep the 5 data folders.

    Once you have uninstalled, reinstall to the same folder.
