0.92 Mail Folder Shortcuts and Saved Search Shortcuts quit working

After upgrading to Zimbra Desktop 0.92 my Mail Folder Shortcuts and Saved Search Shortcuts quit working. They worked initially, but then after switching to view a separate account (gmail) within Desktop the shortcuts quit working. They still show up in Desktop, though they don't work, and when I check Webmail (5.0.9 Zimbra Enterprise server) they have disappeared.

If I recreate them in Desktop they work until I switch accounts, then they're broken again.
