    Default All folders are gone

    Hi,

    After the update, it happens 1-2 times a day, that all folders are gone in the ZDC and only a reinstall/reset brings them back:

    - I connect to a Zimbra server
    - I have shared email & calendar
    - In the bottom left it says: "Transferring data from local host"

    I have no clue what the problem is

    what do you mean by "all folders are gone"? maybe you are hitting Known issue No. 10: Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop - Zimbra :: Wiki

    So if you are using a Zimbra account with mountpoints, there's a workaround. Just login to the online ZWC UI and check each mountpoint to make sure they are still valid. Anything no longer valid please delete them.

    Will do that.

    A colleague has the same issue also he only has two (valid) shared Calendars. He is on the road atm, so I will have a look at the issue later this week.

    I think the issue was due to network/mailserver issues
