ZCS GAL Contacts not loaded, yet

Hello,

I installed ZCS and configured the domain as External Authentication, even the GAL, when I login into zdesktop or ZCS web mail client the contacts doesn't exist in the Global address List, also when I type any email address in the to field; the "Waiting for GAL" message appear and hide directly.

Any help please?

which version of zcs you are running?

please make sure zimbraFeatureGalEnabled and zimbraFeatureGalSyncEnabled are both set to true in COS or user prefs.

but anyway, you should first make GAL work for web mail - for which you can post a question in ZCS side of the forum. (this is zimbra desktop...)
