It there anyway for Yahoo! Zimbra Desktop to be use if the user on the computer is a limited user

It means he's moved the post to the correct Zimbra forum, you posted in the wrong place. In future please enter a more descriptive title for your post rather than 'Pls Help', it's not very descriptive and most people tend to ignore posts titles like that.

what you mean by limited user? a user without admin privileges? currently we do require such privilege, primarily during install but also for registering as default mail client.
