Default Multiple Accounts for replying to emails

    Hi,

I have a Yahoo Small Business account and I have 6 email addresses set up with the small business account. In Yahoo webmail, when I compose a new email or reply to an email I select which account I want to use to reply to in the drop down bar of the email.

    Does Zimbra has this option??

    Thanks,

    Wayne

Look in the user Preferences for 'Persona'.

Thank you for your reply but "user preferences" is not an option in Zimbra. There is an "Option" tab and there is nothing in there for the option I am looking for.

You've posted in the Zimbra Desktop forum, is that what you're using? There is a Preferences tab in the UI, the option to change/add a persona is on the Accounts page - I can see it in the version I'm using when connected to my Yahoo account (I don't have a SBS account).

I am using Zimbra Desktop indeed. I saw the image you posted. Where you have "Preference" I have "Options". I am using version 0.91

    Uh...

I have build 1344 as well, and I have "options" instead of "preferences", and no "Persona" tab at all.

    What is going on???

On the UI that has "Options" go to "Accounts" tab and add your persona there.
There is no "save" button, just click on a different persona and the info you entered will appear.
