Quota should not include local folders

I am using the latest desktop on Linux. When I use the web client my quote is fine. But I had moved a lot of mail to local folders. Now when I use the desktop client I appear to be over quota and cannot receive any new mail.

I tried to see if this is already reported, but could not find the problem or a fix for it.
