When I hit send/receive the emails that are already in the Inbox are deleted. They do not go to Trash or any of the other folders. They just disappear.
we'll need more information than that. what kind of email service are you using? are you syncing Inbox only or all other folders. have you deleted emails using another client.
My cable service just transitioned to Zimbra Collaboration Suite this week. Did not like the web page so downloaded the desktop. Have not deleted from another client. Have Mailwasher Pro. This happens on my primary account, but does not happen on the secondary account. Do not know about syncing other folders.
