Magor Prism Question, I'm about to die???

Hey there everybody..
Now I have installed Zimbra Desktop and till now I can't seem to understand what the hell is prism???...
I know that I have to provide the username and password of my emails to the zimbra desktop and give the information about the sites I have accounts on, and that Zimbra Desktop gives you the support of multipul accounts in one place...
But Isn't Zimbra suppose to run First???
I can't understand why is the prism thing is working and not the program, and every time I enter a URL, and chose the options, and short cuts, and Icon, Nothing happens...... Nothing it just keep on displaying the same window that has the information I just said, and nothing happens....

SO WHAT I'M I SUPPOSE TO DO WITH PRISM??????
