Fatal crash after Calendar reminder - also in ZCS through firefox but NOT IE

If I have anything in any of the calendars syncd with zimbra desktop, or for that matter the zimbra webmail interface my university uses, that have reminders associated with them, zimbra desktop will promptly crash as soon as the "Appointment Reminder(s)" window pops up.

In Zimbra Desktop, the error message is "Prism has stopped working", error msg below:

NOTE: This ALSO HAPPENS IN FIREFOX when checking webmail calendar BUT NOT INTERNET EXPLORER.

Clearly the problem is with firefox/prism...
