Default Sending to mailing list, using columns from CSV...

Possibly a massively simple task, but I'm finding it very hard to find anything in the wiki, help or the forum! Probably looking for the wrong search terms...

A user here is looking to email a mailing list (currently a csv) of 800 people, using the first name and email address fields (so it says "Hi Dave" rather than just "Hi" for each mail). But I'm at a loss as to how this is possible.

My search has produced the idea of Distribution Lists but then searching for this doesn't return an awful lot either. Help would be nice! Thanks.

I don't think you can do that with Zimbra alone. It's not set up as a listserv or mail merge program. There are certainly legitimate (non-spam) uses for such an application, but it's a separate application from anything in the Zimbra suite.
