NOT Download email from Yahoo account

Hello
I have been having a problem with download emails from my yahoo account. I have a lot of folders and found that Zimbra will not download the emails from the account until I unsync a hand full of folders. After I have unsynced most of the folders than my Inbox will sync. Can anyone else tell me if they are having this problem and it there is any OTHER fix. Also I have to unsync some of my folders to allow others folders to sync with yahoo mail.
