Default Send mail not working from ONE Ymail account

Hello,

I have a strange problem. I can't send ANY mail from one of my YMail accounts, composed mail whether a new message or a reply just stays in the Outbox folder indefinitely.

I still receive mail correctly on this account and can send mail from GMail, another YMail account, as well as my University IMAP account.

I'm running the newest version of Zimbra (1278?) with Vista, on a beast of a computer

what kind of email is this? does it happen to include an attachment of another email? we have a known issue for that.

No, as I said this problem is with ALL emails, regardless of length or origin (reply or new)

An empty plain-text message doesn't send either... but again, ONLY from one account, I don't know why this would be.

ok in that case we need debug trace.

follow instruction here to apply this path: Single file patch for 1278 users

and go to the account settings page to enable debug trace.

then try to send again, and provide zdesktop.out and mailbox.log.

i wish i could, zimbra hasnt been working at all for a few days now..

see fatal problem: zimbra not starting in vista - can I retrieve emails?
