Any news on this? No solutions on having multiple accounts such as sales and support?
IF NOT, we need to find a good team sales and support system... I hate Exchange, the hosted server went down again tonight. Sucks!

I'm trying to setup a shared mailbox solution too, so I found this thread. If I understand it correctly, there is no possibility to specify a different Sent folder, right? All newly created mail is always saved to the users own Sent folder?
I tried it using the magic on-behalf-of-feature (with and without persona) and trying to create a shared mailbox using the imap-account-feature. In both cases I don't find a way to specify the Sent folder.
Is there a workaround? Or did I just miss a preference setting?

Not that I know of. But it looks like this could be solved with Zimbra 6.0. At least they mention some stuff about mailbox sharing here. It would be nice if someone could test the beta and report the findings here. Unfortunately I have no time for that at the moment
