Won't download Yahoo Premium emails

I'm a new user and I have downloaded it and installed Zimbra, I have a premium yahoo account but Zimbra didn't download my emails it did however download my email folders from yahoo. It also download another yahoo account folders and emails that is not a premium account, can you please tell me what is wrong and how to fix it. I have tried Zimbra with a gmail account and it downloads the email from that account .

do you at least have emails in your Inbox and Sent folders?

No there are no Emails in any folder!!

so you have emails in Inbox online, but they didn't get synced to desktop Inbox?

Yes that was the case. But I just went into Zimbra and click "Sync off" on all of the folders except the inbox and then hit "Send/Receive" and it started to download my "Inbox". I think I have to just do one folder at a time until i get all that I need!! I hope this works

it's very weird, but it seems to be working for now. What Bug info are you speaking about?

just a recap of what happened. once the bug is open, we'll ask for more information.

basically we need to take a look the debug trace. please take these steps:

1. follow instructions here to patch build 1278. Single file patch for 1278 users

2. go to yahoo account setup page in desktop, and check the box at the bottom of the page that says "Enable debug trace".

3. do a sync by clicking "Send/Receive" to reproduce what the problem is. The debug trace will go into <install>/log/zdesktop.out

4. file a bug with to describe what you expect to happen after the sync and what actually happens. attach the zdesktop.out trace to the bug.
