Default Wife's Computer: Yahoo Synch Problem?

I have installed Zimbra Desktop on my wife's computer and started by adding her yahoo mail. It does not seem to synch as it keeps going from (in the account setup) from "online" status to "Error" status. When we go to the email desktop and click send and receive, it red exclamation point keeps showing up.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing keeps happening. It seem as if it starts to synch but somehow in the process, things freeze up or something for the ZD.

Any thoughts? Ideas?

the red exclamation point means you ran into an error. please check <install>/log/mailbox.log and find the exception. thanks!
