Default Zimbra and ATT mail

Has anyone setup Zimbra with SBCGlobal mail(att.yahoo0?

the problem that I have is (1) Zimbra says that Att.yahoo is imap mail and (2) I get a timeout setting up my SBC mail via Zimbra.

I need to resolve the timeout problem.

thanks

You will need to setup Outgoing SMTP Authentication - Zimbra :: Wiki.

I thank the underline code is wrong.
ATT - Yahoo is a pop account.

dhs13, is your email address like user@sbcglobal.net?
Go to 'Yahoo! Mail Account Setup' and fill out those blanks, don't go to 'Other IMAP/POP Account'

See pic - this is Beta3:

You should be able to connect any Yahoo! free, plus, or partner account there (with the exception of small business hosting accounts already converted to Zimbra for which you just choose ZCS account type on the main setup page.)

If it's hardcoded @yahoo.com there you're running Beta 2 or prior - then you'd have to use this workaround: Yahoo! Mail Plus access must use IMAP - but seriously upgrade to Beta 3 in that case.

Ok so we're past setup now.

Can you remove the account, re-add it, don't leave setup and go back the the account to enable debug logging, then check your drive:\zimbra\zdesktop\log\malibox.log

If you can grab the relevant section of time, strip it of any private data and post it here, PM me a link to it somewhere, or even email it to mike [at] zimbra.com so we could have a look that would be great.

Default SBC and ATT

I did the reset but I haven't gotten any new messages yet. I will let you know if this happens again.
It should be noted that the message count is all messed up. It shows that I have more messages that I really have.
