tooltips for keyboard shortcuts?

It would be nice if the tooltips and menu items listed keyboard shortcuts for those functions, so I don't have to keep visiting the shortcuts list to learn them.

Taking it a step further: for two-key shortcuts pressing the first key could list all the possibilities that go with it.

Also, some feedback would be nice so you know that the shortcut you just activated is, in fact, the shortcut you meant to activate.
