improving folder shortcuts

Love the Folder Shortcuts feature. But why restrict it to numeric shortcuts? It'd be a lot easier to remember "R" for my Records folder than what number I've assigned to it...and since it's a two-key shortcut it shouldn't conflict with anything else.

It would also be handy to have a little list come up when I hit "." to move a message, showing which shortcuts are available.
