printing address book only prints displayed names

I was wanting to print out my address book but when I try to print out 'address book' it only prints the names that are displayed, which in my case was 100 names since I changed the display setting from 25 to 100.

Also, if anyone has a suggestion for printing my Yahoo/Zimbra address book out. My Yahoo address book is my primary but I would like to have a hard copy to have with me. I don't think there is a good way to print it out on using Yahoo print utility. I am thinking that I used Outlook once and that worked fairly well.
