Default zdesktop beta3 - spellcheck, busy-search

I like the improvements, great that we have access to Documents and Briefcase now. Two things...

1) spellcheck... does not work for me, but this is not a zdesktop problem, this is a Prism problem, no? Words are properly highlighted, but a right-click does not bring up any spelling suggestions, just the usual "copy" etc.

2) busy-search for appt - I assume this is still in the "intended to do" list? Also, same for IM, also on the "to do" list? would this be 1.0 or post 1.0?

Note that my zdesktop was updated, and is now build 1251....

regards,
greg

spellcheck is a known issue.

by "busy-search" do you mean to check "free-busy" of attendees? that and IM will not be in 1.0.

Do vote for the RFE's if you haven't already of course:
Bug 29894 - Allow free/busy look up using Desktop
Bug 27076 - offline - show chat folder
Bug 30250 - offline : Instant Messaging RFE

Spellcheck is not a Prism issue. If you download Prism and run localhost:7633 in it, spellcheck works fine.

I actually just use Firefox to connect to the Zimbra Desktop service once in a while rather than spawning another app to connect to it. For now, that would provide a workaround for spellchecker as well.

Prism spellcheck has been fixed in the just released build 1278, so that it will now suggest words (it previously just underlined): Bug 30610 - Spellcheck suggests don't work in email editor

Aspell/or other solution (for all browsers) is another RFE: Bug 23112 - support spell check
