Drafts

I am a new user, just installed Zimbra this morning. Everything dowloaded fine from YahooMail, however, the Drafts folder indicates there are 25 drafts in the folder but when I click on Drafts (bolded) the message says "No files found". By the way, using Firefox and going to YahooMail, there is nothing in the Drafts folder.

Also, is there a way to sort the inbox by sender?

Do you or have you used another email client, such as Thunderbird, to access your Yahoo! Mail? Not sure if you have Yahoo! Mail Plus or not...

You can sort by "sender" by sorting by the "From" column...click on it to sort.

Thanks you, but I tried that and it still does not work. I have been using Yahoo mail through Firefox but wanted to try Zimbra. All the other columns sort fine, it is just the FROM column that will not sort. I am on a Mac, not sure if that makes a difference.

Hmm...I'll think about the sort by sender issue.

Have you used another email client to access Yahoo! Mail in the past? I'm aware of an issue with Thunderbird specifically that sounds like what you are experiencing...

You're welcome jtsangn. When you try to sort by "From" what happens? Nothing? Error? etc.?
