Default Zimbra toaster?

Hello,

I can't find the Zimbra toaster anywhere... Where can i download it? Is it in a usable state?

Thanks!

I don't see anywhere on Zimbra's site to download it but it is within the Admin panel of a Zimbra installation (click on Downloads at the top right).

We have the network edition so I don't know whether or not it is the same in the community edition.

It's available at any Zimbra NE server at:

http(s)://<hostname>/zimbra/downloads/index.html

Note that leaving index.html off the end improperly won't work.

What's obscure about having it on the Downloads page in the Admin UI?

Smile Obscure was...

This URL was the obscure one, http(s)://<hostname>/zimbra/downloads/index.html

Agree that downloads in admin page makes sense. However, I've only ever used this to get the Zimbra Outlook Sync app. and migration Wizards.

But now I see that it also contains:
ZimbraToast-5.0.16_GA_2921-5.0.3016.16.msi
zdesktop_1_0_build_1503_linux_i686.sh
zdesktop_1_0_build_1503_macos_intel.dmg
zdesktop_1_0_build_1503_win32.exe

Wow!

That just saves going through the Admin UI and means your users can get hold of the downloads as well.

This is good to know; I use those URLs in emails to staff to grab the toaster when they need to switch the mailto handler.
