Callto handler in Zimbra Desktop

Hi,

I registered my eyeBeam (on a Mac) to handle callto links in Zimbra Desktop. It kind of works, except for the server requiring me to dial a 9 to make external calls. I have an Asterisk (trixbox) server that I'm using for all outgoing calls. Can anyone tell me how I can change the callto handler in Prism to prepend a 9 for all outgoing calls?
