Default Desktop not displaying emails properly

I have an email on Zimbra desktop that displays as html code. Under Zimbra web interface, it displays nicely, and even gives me a 'display graphics' button to click. The html code is not show at all.

I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about it, but I thought I'd post here.

I now have 2 with the problem (All the others seem fine). The first one is as described as while the second shows the plain text version of the message under desktop and the html version on the web ui.

If you like, I can forward the messages to you. I'd rather not post them on a public forum.
