Zimbra desktop on Mac wont sync - where are error details

Sorry for the basic question. Installed latest Zimbra desktop on Mac and first sync went fine but will not sync again. Tried resetting data and reinstalling but same problem. Setup just shows Status:error. Thing is I am not even sure where to find details or log of the error - can someone advise please?

log is under <install>/log. What type of account did you setup? thanks!

Hey - not sure what you mean "what type of account" - I am using the latest Zimbra desktop for Mac synching to a Zimbra 4 server.

I was seeing a lot of "driver is 0" messages in the log.

Strangely after trying many times suddenly one time it all worked.

So if you are doing sync with a Zimbra server then you set up a "zimbra" mailbox, not IMAP or POP.

Not sure what "driver is 0" means. Are these subjects of messages?
