The Zimbra desktop seems to work fine, but it's missing a big feature. The global address book isn't available when I do a new mail! It works fine if I use the web browser. But I'm trying out the desktop version as an alternative for my users that have Outlook 2000 and get to Zimbra via IMAP. And to cut off the Zimbra admins early...no, updating to 2003 isn't currently an option.
