Default Zimbra Desktop import from Outlook Running ZCS Network

Hello,

I would like to replace outlook in our work environment. Here is what we are running.

ZCS 4.5 NE (plan to upgrade to 5 in a few weeks)

I would like to use ZD because a few users are close to reaching their quota and they need to keep all of their emails.

Also I would like to switch over users who are currently using outlook to use Zimbra Desktop. What would be the best way to accomplish this?

Also I just installed ZD and my themes are blank in the ZD preference screen. Any reason why? I would like to match our Zimbra Web Client.

Thank you,

Parixit

In 1.0 we can't yet solve the quota problem, as local folders are not yet supported. This feature is planned for 2.0.

Importing Outlook to ZD is also planned for 2.0.

Regarding blank themes, could you send a screenshot? Thanks!

When is 2.0 planned for? Do you have any workaround to the quota problem?

Is it because we have a custom theme for the web client? Is there a way for the desktop to get that custom theme as well?
