I've been having this problem for some while - in the first Beta and in the present Beta release. I'd reported it to our IT department but apparently they have not passed it on to you! |
To give you more detail here is the email to our IT support department:

Subject: Re: [rt.fhi.net #5555] Printing Problem in Zimbra Desktop
Hi ,
It seems to be a problem with emails sent as plain text but not with html emails. For example your email below prints as attached. Printing works OK with html emails. An email I sent to myself with the "compose" preferences set to text won't print properly. Even the copy in my "sent" box prints wrongly. I haven't been able to figure out if it is emails in all plain text encodings or only those encoded in utf-8.
I've attached a copy of the original email I referred to you as a text file. I obtained this by using the right-click "show original" feature. I'll also forward it to you directly.
Thanks,
John
