Exchange/Imap errors

Trying to connect to exchange server via IMAP. I can see the existing folder structure created, but unable to access/see emails.

Error seen when tailing mailbox.log:

Note: Using the same information to access exchange via IMAP using thunderbird without an issue.

hi please enable imap debug trace like this:

1) edit <install>/conf/localconfig.xml
2) set the key javamail_imap_debug to true
3) restart zdesktop backend as described in zdesktop wiki page.
4) the IMAP trace will go into <install>/log/zdesktop.out

I followed the steps, but I don't see any significant logs.

I see the folders created in the zdesktop folders pane that reflect the ones I have on the exchange server. However, I still cannot access emails.

Also, nothing showing in zdesktop.err

Let me know if I can try something else.

I'm also seeing this same error. I can access IMAP on my exchange 2007 mail server from outlook and thunderbird, but not from zimbra. The error within zimbra says: Error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This had worked until we upgraded our exchange server to 2007 from 2003.
