Default Exchange as an External account

Hi,

I am using Zimbra NE 5.0.4 and have set up my Microsoft Exchange 2003 server as an external account connected via IMAP. What is presented to me is a view of the Public Folder tree instead of my Inbox. Note that I can see the inbox using Thunderbird. Is there any way to explicitly set the default namespace on an external account over IMAP? Is there a way around this problem?

Regards

On the accounts tab you should set the "Download messages to" option to "Inbox" and you should find your external mail in there, I'm assuming that's where you want it?
