Zimbra desktop not working thru firewall (PC)

Hi There -

When I open Zimbra desktop in my work or at home (using VPN), I get an error which says "Not able to connect to localhost". This is on my PC running Windows XP.

Also, if I had already opened the Zimbra desktop and then connect my laptop at work, ZD does is not able to connect to network ...

Is Zimbra desktop not supposed to work thru firewall ?

Please check your Windows services and ensure the Zimbra process has been started.
