Default Not Able to Add Contacts or Import or Export Email Addresses

Help. I use Zimbra in my work environment, and have now downloaded the Zimbra client to my own machine. I love Zimbra, but I am having a couple of problems:
1. When I attempt to add an email address to my empty address book, I click "new contact" to enter that information, and that is as far as it goes.

2. When attempting to import or export my addresses, using a CSV format, I am finding that nothing is happening there, either. Zimbr appears to be importing, but my addresses are not there.

Can someone please help me with this, or tell me what I am doing wrong?.

Welcome to the forums,

If this is Zimbra Desktop are you hitting something like Bug 24558 - Import csv address book fails ?

If this is your own server:
Could you post your zmcontrol -v output? There we're a few CSV issues dealing with formatting on imports that you might be hitting but I need to know your version first.

However exporting is a different animal, try visiting the REST equivalent of your addressbook:
http:// server.domain.com/zimbra/home/username/contacts.csv (or other folder name)
You can also do things like:
https:// server.domain.com/zimbra/home/username/contacts.csv?query="tag:zimbra"

I suspect by your wording that you're talking about Zimbra Desktop so I'm going to move this from installation > desktop section.

Default Also having the same problem with importing contacts

The problem I am seeing is with the Desktop version and does appear to be related to the Bugzilla Bug 25099.
Any updates, work arounds or suggestions are helpful.

Default Can't import .CSV file into Zimbra address book

I am also having a problem trying to import my .csv address file into the Zimbra address book.

This is Zimbra Desktop.

What can I do?
