Default Is it possible???

Hi All,
I want to know if its possible to connect from a Thundebird client to the loca Zimbra Desktop mail store. This is because I have stored my mails there before we had a server crash and we had to reinstall all loosing our mailboxes and information. I have that as a backup, and I want to send it over to a local folder in my desktop and later, via LDAP, send it over to my server. Is it possible to connect thunderbird to the local store of the ZDesktop???

Regards,
E.

Zimbra Desktop doesn't act as an IMAP server. But it can act as an IMAP client -- perhaps you could create a new IMAP account within Zimbra Desktop for your new (empty) work IMAP account and drag your old messages over to the new account?
