I am using version 53 of the desktop. I am unable to access the GAL. I am able to access it from other clients, such as the web, Thunderbird, and Outlook, but not from the Zimbra desktop. I have tested both Windows and Mac.
Could someone provide assistance on why this might be the case? Or is the GAL not supposed to be available and I am operating under the wrong assumpion?
