0.58 - mb has no properties

fwiw, I am experiencing this issue as well.

Server is: 4.5.8_GA_1394.RHEL5_20071002145535 CentOS5 FOSS edition

Same thing here -- on Mac OSX, 0.58 doesn't show any Mail tab, and periodically spits out "no properties" error window. If it did "Send Report" or something, pls check your mail.

A ticket has been filed:

Bug 20846 - UI hangs or shows blank without even the Mail tab when sync with 4.5 server

It looks like 0.58 only works with 5.0 server but not 4.5. Something is broken in compatibility. We are investigating. Thanks for all of your feedback!

Downgrading to 0.53 then...

Are the 0.55 or 0.57 usable you should I avoid them ?

0.55 to 0.57 should be the same as 0.58 as far as compatibility with 4.5 goes. Thanks!

We found the cause of the issue. Because most people inside of zimbra are using zdesktop with 5.0 server by now, this didn't get caught in time. Apologies for wasting everyone's time. We are working on a fix and keep folk posted on release data. Thanks for your help!
