Will not launch and will not finish setup using FF. I can set it up in IE7 but still no launch in FF.

That's interesting. I don't have an explanation. We actually most often only use FF to test, so it would be less a surprise if it didn't work on IE.
What do you mean exactly that it didn't "launch"? Thanks!
It's like "Test" and "Launch" links are dead. Clicking on them does nothing, no error, not nada.
No I'm dead everywhere. Won't load on any machine using any browser. FF gives the dead link and IE just hangs at "Loading"
Check the mailbox.log usually in something like drive/zimbra/zdesktop/log (check your jetty log as well)

No errors anywhere in Jetty Logs
Doesn't seem to like your server url or username/password. Could you make sure first you can login to the online version? If so, then check the parameters you typed into the offline config. This is most likely just a connection issue. Thanks!
All settings are correct. Everything was working just fine, now two machines that were working have stopped with no changes on the server at all. Web client and OUtlook connector still work on those machines.
