Calendar invites on iPhone - Behavior

Hi! Currently, when calendar invites arrive on my iPhone (using exchange hookup), a pop-up will open and beep letting me know there is a new calendar item that needs action. Is there any way to change this behavior? I would like it to just show up in my mail inbox, so I can act on it with the rest of my email. Is there any way to change this behavior on the iPhone?

Thanks for any help
