Problem with conversation view

Hi Zimbra Community!

I'm having some trouble with the conversation view as it seems to be grouping unrelated emails together. One particular issue I'm having is when another person sends me an email with no subject, it seems to get grouped together with other emails with no subject. Is there anyway to break a single conversation thread in Zimbra?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Where does Zimbra want to go with docs?

Hi,

I just tested the new docs features in Zimbra 6.0.2 (notes, spreadsheets, slides). Though it's "nice", I wonder where Zimbra wants to go from here?

The minimum feature I would request would be some export formats (to be able to import them in openoffice or ms office).

But even then. How useful is a slides app where you cannot even change the sequence of the slides? Of course you could add this in future, but how much effort would you put in to keep up with a "real" presentation application? (same with spreadsheets and docs)

Wouldn't it make more sense to use OpenOffice for realising someting like that (have no clue if that would work technically, though).

Please share your thoughts on this.

Hi guys!

I have an account(interop@mydomain.com) configured to forward messages to another account(teste1@mydomain.com)

If someone sends a message from mydomain.com to interop@mydomain.com the message is forwarded to teste1@mydomain.com, as expected. However, if someone tries to send an e-mail from another domain the forwarding just doesn't happen.

Greetings all,

I'm new on using Zimbra, so please help me.

I was adding my email account to Mozilla Thunderbird, when I started to get the mails on Thunderbird, it sucked all my email on my webmail inbox straight to the local folder. But something weird happened, my quota still says 66% even though there is nothing in my inbox. Where does all my email gone to? how can I retrieve it back? or how can I get my quota back, since there are no emails on my inbox.

Your help is highly appreciated :)

Zimbra to GMail Jabberd Problem

I am having a problem with the built in jabberd in Zimbra 6.0.2.

1. When adding GMail contacts to the Zimbra server (in the web client) I get the problem where the GMail account will not see the Zimbra clients as being online. I have an SSL key from godaddy and it seems to work well for the most part. Usually upon a first connect it will work properly for several minutes but eventually die. I will not be able to msg between one or the other. I have been looking and do not understand where the problem is.

2. My jabberd seems to disconnect from actual jabber clients also. It will stay connected for a while but then it will lose it.

If anybody knows what is causing this then I'd really appreciate any information about it.

Thanks in advance.

Calendar - Day View vs Week view

I noticed differences between DAY view and WEEK view on the Calendar. On the WEEK view, you can see the start time on the same line of the subject when meetings are less than 45 minutes. On the DAY view, you only have the subject. Have a look at the 2 images attached. Is this by design or a possible bug? Is there a way to have the DAY view act the same as WEEK view?

I feel like a total idiot and I am probably posting in a wrong place but here goes... I need urgent help to get my iPhone operational again...

I have been looking for email server solution that can work with push email and iphone so i stumbled on zimbra and signed up for the "hosted demo" to try it out... it assigned me an email and took me to the web interface of that test email... it gave me the login, password, server info so that I could make it work on my iPhone so I can see how it works... i followed the prompts and then the iPhone prompted me to put in a passcode, at that time i didn't realize what it asked me so i just put the same passcode that i received in the testzimbra email. i played around with the iphone and the email and then closed my iphone and closed the browser... next time i tried to open my iphone it asked me for a passcode... at this moment i realized what had happened but i already closed the browser with zimbra email that had all the information and i have no recollection of what the test email password is now... so i am locked out of my iphone and i need help trying to locate the testzimbra password for my temprorary account so that i can use my iphone again.... and yes, i do feel like a complete moron now, but any help will be greatly appreciated....

Thanks
