Does anyone know what dev package contains this header file?

    Code:
    In file included from e-zimbra-connection.c:34:
e-zimbra-utils.h:43: fatal error: libedataserver/e-file-cache.h: No such file or directory
    compilation terminated.
I am seeing the same compile error. Has anyone over-come this? Most of the discussion for getting evolution working with Zimbra seems to have dropped off and I don't know why. What am I missing?

Mainly support for this has died down because Evolution can be used against Zimbra with imap + webdav calendar + ldap addressbook
to get full functionality, natively. without the need for an add-in
    Current specs:
    8.x NE + OSS KVM guests and Physical servers Ubuntu 12.04, RHEL 5 + 6 .
    on Dell server hardware.

Previously: ZCS OSS and NE 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 variously on physical and virtual
