    Default Change Email Address in Zimbra Support Portal

    Is it possible to change the email address in the Zimbra support portal, or who do I need to get a hold of to change it?

    I tried editing the account via the My Login button, but it keeps reverting to the old email account.

    I'm trying to consolidate the external service logins of the company I work for to one email address. The idea is to have consistent login or email address that forwards emails to the IT department instead of one person.

    I can't find anything about this, so I apologize if this has been addressed.

    You should contact Zimbra Support and ask them to change it for you.

    I am using the Zimbra email portal of the Purdue University. I have been allotted email ID as [email address removed]. Is there any way by which I can change it to [email address removed] ?

    You should never post your email address in a public forum unless you want to receive a ton of spam email.

    I'm afraid we can't help you as this is a Community Supported forum for the email software and we do not have any association with your mail provider - you need to contact the mail administrator or your help desk to see if they can do that for you.
