[Request] Simple New Tab Zimlet

I am looking for a quickstart zimlet with following requirement :

(1) Display a tab on top alongwith other tabs
(2) OnClick opens an external link site in the whole bottom frame passing authorization parameters of current logged in user

Anybody can churn up this zimlet quickly please ?
