Default Don't see my forum post from yesterday, need help quick!

I posted a thread about not being able to send email in 2.0 and saw it posted yesterday, but can't find it today. The only response I got was an advertisement for ugg shoes (!?).

Are there other ways to get more immediate help with Zimbra Desktop? I am a single-person consulting firm fighting off the temptation to buy Outlook.

Thanks for any help or response.

Jill

Go to your forum profile and you'll see how many posts you've made and where to find them, I'll also move this to the correct forum as it's not about Zimbra Collaboration Suite/Installation problems.

Default thanks for the reply

Thanks for the reply. I know this was not about installation problems, but that's what my initial post was about and where it was posted, so I figured it would make more sense there. I am fine with it in this category though.

I clicked on the link and see the post there, but how do others see my post?

Also, do you have any information on how to get more immediate, personal support?

Thanks,
Jill

That post was also in the wrong forum, it was a question about Zimbra Desktop not Zimbra Collaboration Suite and it was also moved to the correct forum Your initial post was not about a problem installing ZD it was about a problem using it - it was installed correctly and therefore it's in the ZD/General forum.

In your forum profile there is an option to 'Find all posts', just click on that link to see them.

Default Thanks again

I am understanding from you that you don't have any information about how to get a more immediate, personal answer to my problem. Do you know anyone that does?

It would be nice if when my messages are moved to get an alert that they are moved and to hear why so that I can learn to be a better poster.

Thank you,
Jill
