We have been using Zimbra for two years using one of Zimbra recommended hosting Partners in the UK. However, we are now having serious problems with them.
I have tried looking through the Zimbra website - but does Zimbra have certain standards to which their recommended partners must meet?
I am thinking not just technical requirements but also customer service level and general treatment of customers etc?
Sorry to hear about your problems. You always have to carefully select your service provider - especially with critical applications as e-mail. This is not Zimbra-specific, but is the case for every solution (also Hosted Exchange fx).
