As there are a higher number than usual of Lycos users having issues, we should point out that:
- Zimbra develops the software, and Lycos currently hosts your account using a very old version of our free open source edition; we don't have control or access to your system.
- How they configure it, number of servers, the hardware, setup and options, etc is up to Lycos - unfortunately we can't provide any support right now until their organization escalates the issue to us.
- Zimbra and partners are actively reaching out to provide assistance to the Lycos team if they would like our help.
