The issue is relative to cursor positiong when i reply into webmail.
maybe i am missing something, but afaics i can't allowed to avoid (in webmail) cursor positiong at top of reply, gmail like.
I hate top quoting and in linux client i am using (kmail, claws-mail, sylpheed) when replying cursor is placed before replied message.
