How is this relevant to a Zimbra Desktop issue ?

It isnt relevant to the Zimbra Desktop issue, this was a general Zimbra question. I figure someone that was doing desktop may also be doing remote support. If you do not have an answer to my issue than it is apparent you have no reason to reply... I am asking anyone who might understand what remote support is and have clients they are currently charging.

I do as you posted in a place which was not appropriate to Zimbra Desktop.

If you are able to clarify your question somebody maybe able to help. What elements of Zimbra are you remote supporting ?
