They dont look all that similar to me, but they are both red, I'll give you that :)
Clearly, the only fix will be to uninstall filezilla immediately :D
They did change from purple/yellow after all ;) The curved shade mid point seems to be an iPhone app style trend, though we took that out ourselves in 2.0
