I forgot to say , that no matter wich one I choose, it will be , and IT HAS TO BE, the COMMUNITY EDITION , it has to be free.

What features are you looking for in a Collaboration Suite? Have you tried the demo's available for both products?

For a basic list of what is (and isn't) available in the community edition of Zimbra you could take a look at Zimbra - Product Editions.
The closest thing to that that I found for OpenXchange was OXpedia | open-xchange.com

As you will be using the community edition, you should also take a look at the community that will be providing support. It looks like their forums are a mixture of german and english, and far smaller then ours.
