Reply notices for forums, bugzilla, wiki, etc are down - were on it.

You can always check your UserCP subscriptions section if you desire at a glance 'contains reply' info on your threads.

Were also discussing moving 'new posts' feature to a database instead of temp cookie so it works across multiple computers, and won't expire every 15 minutes with the auth session.
